ETHICS OF PUBLICATION

The main responsibility of the journal editors is to ensure the scientific quality and assumed profile of the journal. Journal editors and article authors take reasonable steps to identify and prevent publication of papers in which research ethics violations have occurred. In cases of alleged or proven scientific misconduct, fraudulent publication or plagiarism, the editor, in close collaboration with the author, will take all appropriate measures to clarify the situation and amend the article in question. This includes prompt publication of an errata, clarification or, in the worst cases, retraction of the work.

The author, together with the editors, must take reasonable steps to identify and prevent the publication of papers in which research misconduct has occurred and in no case encourage such misconduct or allow it to occur such conduct. If authors discover errors in their own published work, they must notify the journal editors and cooperate with them to correct the work or retract the article/study.

Before sending the manuscript, the author takes note of the information about the purpose and profile of the journal, respectively the rules for publishing the articles displayed on the website.

The authors are responsible for the following aspects: the complete and correct specification of the institutional affiliation and a contact email address; stating in an acknowledgment whether the research was financed within a program or a research grant, with its main identification data. The author must respond to the editorial board's request for revisions, deadlines, and other recommendations. If there are several authors, one of them will assume the role of contact person in the relationship with the journal's editors and ensure communication throughout the publication process.

The editorial board will ensure a neutral and objective evaluation, regardless of the ethnicity, race, religion, age, gender or sexual orientation and political affiliation of the author.

Manuscripts submitted and their authors will be treated confidentially and all related data will not be made public prior to publication. Unpublished materials and the information they contain shall not be used by the publishers for any purpose without the express permission of the author.

The editorial board of the journal recognizes and applies the rules adopted by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE): https://publicationethics.org/
